The procedure starts when you schedule a service appointment. Our Service Advisor will send you a link to a user-friendly website where you choose the pickup date, time and location that work best for you. We’ll alert you when the driver is on the way in your complimentary Lincoln loaner with a completed loaner agreement that only requires your signature.
Once service is completed, we’ll alert you that the dealer-designated driver is ready to deliver your freshly-washed vehicle back to you at the time and location of your choosing.
