Terry, It was so good to see when I recently brought my car in for service. While most customers don't like to take their vehicles for service because of time & expense I on the contrary  aren't one of them. I have always enjoyed my relationship with Napelton that not only includes the cars I got BUT the service I receive when I come in. Much of that is due to the greeting, explanation, & satisfaction I leave with due mainly to you & your personel.  I look for ward to my next visit.. Â

"Although we live in downtown Chicago, my wife and I are retired and we make an outing of our trip to Glenview Napleton Lincoln. When we arrive we are greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by Terry and her staff regardless of the temperature outside. We pickup our loaner and go to breakfast at The Original Pancake House. If our car has issues they are addressed professionally and correctly. If it is just scheduled maintenance service then it is completed quickly and with a smile. Our Lincoln is always washed and vacuumed, rain or shine. We appreciate the Loaner because my wife shops at Trade Joes, Costco and Whole Foods. This Dealership brings credit to the Ford/Lincoln Brand. Even though I will have to travel to Glenview, when I buy another Lincoln this is the Dealership from which I will purchase it because you guys put the capital "S" in Service."

I have enjoyed the service and the respect shown to me by the service department. I will be purchasing a new vehicle at the end of June beginning of July, and I will probably purchase my vehicle from Napleton as a result of the great service department.

Everything was handled great for my service visit. My only complaint is that you are in Glenview verses Park Ridge! As always your staff was courteous and helpful. We will be in the market for a new car soon and your service is the primary reason I would buy another Lincoln verses looking at other manufacturers. Keep up the good work!Â

A coworker got terrible service at Grossinger on his SRX, and he knows the family? I waited for his day off to brag about your recent service of my car. I would love to share the amazing experience that I received when I brought my car in for service. The personal experience from the time I drove up to when I was told my car was ready was excellent and I didn't wait long either. Â I too work in the service business and understand what it takes for patient satisfaction and to ensure loyalty, this I can you, Lincoln Napleton Service Department seems to already know.

I am always in awe, at the kindness, consideration , expertise that is extended to me. Â Always.Â
It is very difficult these days to find "anywhere these days", that the customer is not a one size fits all.Â
